At My Pretty Sweet, we want every purchase to feel just right. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. This gives you enough time to try it on and decide if it’s right for you.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging (where possible)
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at info@myprettysweet.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after your return is approved.
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
We will offer a full refund or replacement, and in this case, no return is required.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.
To request an exchange, email us at info@myprettysweet.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Custom orders
